Wolf's Rain Main Characters

Kiba Kiba is a mysterious but proud wolf. He is the leader of the wolf pack in Wolf's Rain, although he never states it. He hates humans and constantly refuses to use his human disguise while he searches for Paradise. He is the most determined of the pack, and uses the scent of the Lunar Flower as his guide.

Tsume Tsume is a cold grey wolf, who really doesn't believe that Paradise exsists. He is unfriendly, espessially at the beginning of the series, but he does deeply care for his friends. He grows to like Toboe, one of the members of the pack, as Toboe reminds him of a close friend that he lost.

Toboe Toboe is one of the youngest characters in Wolf's Rain. He was raised like a dog, so he doesn't have much wolf instinct left in him. He set off on his own only after he killed his owner on accident. He is actually quite innocent (and cute =D) and he constantly tries to help out people, which often ends in disaster.

Hige Hige is a very laid-back and outgoing wolf in the pack. He joins simply because he wants to do something better than sit around, and he ends up teaching Kiba many things about humans. He might seem a bit light, but he is really quite cunning. He has an optimistic view and doesn't let things get to him.

Quent Quent is a wolf hunter...society thinks he's crazy because all he does is talk about wolves, although wolves are supposed to be extinct. The wolves must constantly run from him, since he is really good at tracking them down and singling them out. He has a dog, Blue, who also helps him point out wolves too.

Blue One of the only female wolves in the entire story, yay! She helps Quent track down the other wolves, until she meets Cheza and finds out she is also a wolf. She is pretty quiet, and unfortunately she doesn't play a big part in the wolf pack, but she does eventually tag along after meeting up with them.

Cheza Also known as the flower maiden, Cheza seems to be emotionally connected to the wolves. With red eyes, she is young and very innocent acting, and hates the 'evil' world around her. Once she joins up with the wolf pack Kiba somehow quickly becomes madly in love with her, so he watches her closely. She is supposively leading the wolf pack to Paradise.

Darcia Darcia is like...the bad guy of Wolf's Rain. He is shrouded in mystery, and uses his mask to cover one of his eyes that is said to be dangerous if seen. In the beginning of the story he captures Cheza from a lab she is being held at and tries to use her to restore life to his dead lover. Cheza escapes from him though, and so throughout the entire series he tries to get her back from the wolf pack.
